eurovox max software help

Hi Guys. Can anyone help me! I brought a eurovox max and assumed it had the software installed but apparently it hasn't and it won't come out of stand-by.Ive downloaded EUROVOX_MAX_ALL_CHIPSET_201006
Is this the software i need ?

i have a eurovox version 1, will the eurovox max dn up man latest version work with the version 1. ifso where can i get it, if not where can i get the latest software for the version 1.

there is no s/ware for version 1 or 2 at the moment but you can manually put the keys in, i did it for a friend and its working, the new fix could be some time yet as they were concentrating on the newer boxes, your box is over 3 years old first model 1, is 3 years and 5 months old.
