Just bought one, connected it up to my dish, did a scan.found hundreds of chs. but it just kept saying channel scrambled. what does this mean plz. tom.

Well I hope you did not think it was as simple as just buying a dreambox and pluggin it in an away you go. The satellite encryption is not broken the only way round is cs.

Select "only Free" before scanning to remove many of the scrambled channels.

It will not do much out the box mate, it needs an image flashed to it, then some Emus and then keys. Having said that the only channels open with Emus at the moment are the digiTV ones on Thor 1W and some others around the different sats, but not much, but things change by the day and digiTv is going to N3, nobody knows when but they will. A dreambox needs lots of work before it will work any way well and it can be very frustrating getting it the way you want it.

hi guys i have a dm500s i have all the sly stations but what is going on now is disney ch and disney plus sly premer are going blank i have 2 rebot and they come back how can i fix it so i dont have to keep reboting any advice would b great
