lanarkshire is TW ,the problem is not with the box its working fine everywhere else in the uk apart from a handfull of guys who seem to be have a problem with some sky channels but come back after a rescan it must be the signal you receive thats the reason I would be keen to find out what codes are being displayed as current in the boxes from your area

hi folks just a question if any one can help from n.e.lincs on ntl and alot of our channels are out of sync restored all of the channels with no luck
any idea's would be a great help thx

Right guys i bought my brother a eurovox cable box , When i installed it in his house he was getting like 100 channels , so i did powerscan 3 times and it did not resolve the problem ... It was not making sense as he lives just down my street .. So i decided to take the box to my house to scan and see if i get them all ... Still no luck .. Then what i did was i restored the box to its manufacture settings .. reset it all , reinstalled the firm ware did a powerscan and wollop! i got all the channels . Then i just took it down to his house and put on his connection . Everything is working fine now .. So if u do lose channels try reset .. It worked for me ! many thanks
Eurovox is no doubt the best box i know ppl who have those original cable box;s and they pay like £10 each time to update !! .

hi got a problem sky sports 1 as gone off about a week ago and as not come back on, the channel keeps saying{ scrambled bad channel ] i have done a scan but same.can any one hellp thanks kev.

the box keeps freezing blocks appear on screen and the box sometimse shuts down and restarts, i am also running a cable network as wel to see if its the network at fault

My Starview box keeps going off and it says that " Scrambled or bad Channel" is displayed, could anyone please help. thanks

You need the latest codes as they changed the keys again yesterday.

The Starview Box I Have Works Great, Every Few Months Or So You Have To Put In New Keys But Other Than That They Are Great, I Wouldnt Buy The Starview 2 ( The Box) As It Does Nothing Else The Starview Original Does

Iv Got A Great Website To Go To If You Want, They Post The Keys There And Help With Setting Up And Any Probs You Have, Just Message Me, Cheers Charlie
