dreambox 6900hd super problem with ip

I recently connected the receiver to my router and I can see it on my router settings but when Im trying get through my pc to the router it does not let me.
Im not the expert im just typing the ftp://192.168.1.3/ this is my ip receiver address and I have got ftp folder error.
The receiver is technomate 6900hd super

Bit confused though, do you have a Dreambox?

The Technomate TM6900 Super is not a dreambox, it can connect to the Internet and act as a CS Client, but you cannot FTP into the box as it's not a Linux OS.

Thought I could ftp into it as well but at last a reason why it is not connecting.
So part 2 is how can I import a cccam.cfg file and a cccam.prio file into box? Is it even possible?

Running a Technomate 6900 hd super with darkman 7.22 patch 24/03/2010. I have 8281 menu working and box has obtained an ip address from my router.

You need to use the remote and enter it manually into the 8281 menu. No prio file but you can enter filters
