I have a dreambox 500s - and it has a number of bbc streams - some of them appear to be live streams (especially on a saturday afternoon) - is also possible to get bbc2, itv ch4 and ch5 streams on this box.

If so how is this done

What your probably refering to Is the Red Button Streams, and Yes there are some ITV ones I think. Lyngsat lists them.

Thanks rick can these streams be added to the dreambox bouquets in the same way as the bbc ones

Yes they can, I have the BBC Streams on my Azbox lists for some of the F1 qualifying and practice sessions.

i am a complete novice at this - is there some user guidance n here somewhere thst gives details how to add streams to the dreambox 500s - is this an easy thing to do - cant seem to find the itv streams in lyngsat site - i can find all the other stiff and the bbc streams bit nothing for itv ch4 streams. I appreciate your help

Funnily I can't find them now either

If you scan the transponder they are on, they come up with a channel name e.g. BBC Stream 4 0, just add those to your bouquet with DCC, DreamEdit or similar and away you go.
