hi,
i have recently bought a second hand phone that is only available on contract (i think)
basically i am a little worried about the original owner reporting it stolen like some mother****ing scamming bas****s do
and i would like to know if changing the imei number with NSS would stop it getting blocked ( of course this is only a hypothetical question and i am not goin to be doing it as that would be illegal :-/ )

the talk of imei changing is not allowed on this forum, it carries a maximum penalty of 5 yrs at her majesty's expense or a £10,000 fine. Any further talk of imei changing is likely to get you banned.
