got my 50 meg installed last week and have to say am impressed by the speeds.am hitting roughly about 54 on newzbin.only problem is i am waiting on my wireless router,have phoned up 4 times about it (shortages)and am getting pissed off.one guy told me when i get it to phone back and we will work something out for you.phoned yesterday (friday)and was told he should not of said that and that the router is not part of the package but sort of like a freebie thrown in.nearly 2 weeks now i am waiting.

did you have to pay install fee of £35? I got activation fee credited but they wouldnt budge on the install fee, just wondering if i should ring up and ask for it to be waived again?

Ps. For you people who think the router is free, think again, once you leave VM you have to return the router. Read the terms and conditions.

mines here on monday, getting a bit pissed off with throttling so bit the bullet, V+ xl tv, xl phone and xxxl internet £60.99 a month, cant winge as ive leeched for ten yrs now aswell as had subbed . we are all gonna pay someday!! get your good deals done now!

I think its free if you go online! Any way, they give a £120 cashback via quidco, so its easy paid for itself!

I had to pay install & activation fee's sadly. I had a engineer out to replace my SA V+ wit the samsung box & he said he can check for offers on his PDA. There was no offers but asked if i was intrested in 50mb BB so i said yeah sure. He phoned thru to see how much extra it would be a month and it was only £9.50 to his amazement he was expecting a extra £20+ and he said i can get me a date for install so i just went for it. The tech guy who installed my modem came back the same day with the router as he said so im happy lol. Speeds are awsome.
