Default SB5100MoD

hi could anybody give me a guild to flash SB5100MoD..ive got a jtag lead and blackcat..as i have flashed.with sigma.before.but dont no wat to do with SB5100MoD..and wat firmwear to use.many thanks

it the same process, u flash the bootloader 1st and then the firmware.

its easy using toms jtag utility, u just type in sb5100 and follow the on screen instructions.

or u can just flash a 2mb dump

look in the download section over at theory share u want version 1.04 or above thats if there is any newer version out

hiy ive found the tom jtag ..if u cound give us the basic idea .from start to finish ..in easy term lol.im not the britest star..a nice simple guild .would b bliss.thanks again..ps do i still use the jtag lead ..then use tom jtag..to flash..then do i need to load the firmwear...

yep use the same jtag lead, then you open toms jtag utilty and select blackcat and click open, then click on console tab and type detect in the lower box, once it has detected ur chip, then type in sb5100 and press enter, and follow the onscreen instructions, it will ask for the bootloader 1st so then u need to select the sigma BL file, then after it is done then it will ask you for the firmware, so then select the 5100mod beta firmware and again let it flash.
