Seen as the dreaded N3 has wormed its way into my area! thought I might say a little thanks to everyone on here that's helped me out by way of advise, images etc. 'crofty's' been a true legend, thanks 'Abbs' for your help and sr20 for completely confusing me and make me scratch my head on a few occasions!to name a few.
Will sign in from time to time to see if some genius has come up with a fix for nagra 3 but till then goodnight all its been emotional!

I know this isn't really thread related but this is where I spent most of my time reading and trying to learn so please don't move it!

Its gonna be awfully quiet round here now!!

I bet those two failed sat forums TW merged with wish they stayed were they was!!

Wonder who TW is gonna merge with!

They were not failed sat forums. They were successful ones. Some members actually would be glad to see the back of cable.

not being insulting to any of the sat lads on here I just don't know anything about it!but what are the advantages of having a satellite set up?you cant blag free channels or anything can ya????

oh yes...

the more you read up the more you find out just how good it is depending on your set-up..

i been around from on-digi days & moved to learn cable,,, stuck around that scene for years never bothered with sats until last year ,, its good when you know how ,, & not quite as difficult as it first seems...

just read everything more than once to get your head round terminolgy etc,, thats my top-tip

why the aggro, their is room on the internet for all forums and web sites, as for the back of cable, why ?
