hi
im after some help regarding which box which channels
my friend is after a receiver that receives channels that include bangla tv channels as she is away from home and would like to keep up with news from home
at the moment she has starview 5 but that doesnt get bangla tv
is there anyone who knows of either how to get the channel or which box to use
all help appreciated

I don't know this,but she may watch it on the internet

Bangla TV is only on Satellite

What that means is that if she wants to receive the channel she would need a Dish mounted and facing 28.2E

As far as the receiver goes well.. Bangla TV is a FTA channel. So as long as you have a dish mounted and facing the correct position then you will get that channel using any receiver.. Even a SKY official box will do the job.

Remember it has to be a DVB S receiver. S2 capable will receive HD channels.
