I thank you for your helpful comments. Seller has offered full refund I'm sending back Monday as no solutions are being offered. I will get an extra box from cable company and this will allow me to watch the channels I'm paying for.

Im guessing the box still works properly but your not getting any PPV channels.

Actually no mate, its not just the ppv channels, we have lost bbc 1, channel 4, channel 5, etc... but we are still receiving the rangers channel and setana channels, we started with 110 channels and are now down to about 20 which are mostly shopping channels and stuff.
Yes the box is working ok, but something has changed for us to gradually lose the channels over time, I have tried updating the keys with the current keys and still not clearing all we get is "code being updated" message.

but however, your right, I can't send them back ( I have 3 boxes) as it was at my risk, but would obiviously like some help in getting it fixed, as do the others that I had recommended the box to, the full area is receiving the same.

I am unable to watch sky sports, sky movies and so on.

if your provider is wightcable mate none of these will work, they've all been tried.
