Hi, i have a eurovox ex6000 and had been working fine for over a month.

I switch it on last night and i get 4 lights then goes dead :-(

Can anyone help ?

have you still got yer usb stick in try removing that

There is no usb stick in the box :-(

Im thinking the firmware has failed, i have a null modem cable but cant find any firmware / uploader.

try putin the firmware onto a memory stick and flash it that way

You need to use the STBTool to load the firmware by RS232, you have a bad firmware flash.

thought it might be that,i neverused the cable just the memory stick way
