Default Fuzzy Channels

Hi, i have a problem with living tv and bravo, were they are fuzzy and i don't know how to resolve the problem. i live in the north west and i'm with ntl. I was wondering whether there is any way to tune the channel back in without losing any others or is there a simple remedy. I also have a problem with the epg were it says a programme is on 1 hour after it is meant to be. i have changed the time but that doesn't effect the time on the epg. so to have the epg giving me the right information i have to set the time as gmt +1. Any help for both of my issues would be much apprieciated, Thanks!
