hi

After wed night the box now shows
"Your channels are currently unavailable. This may be due to your cable coming unplugged. Please turn your set-top box off at the mains, check all connections, and then restart.

MO43"

I am in a telewest are and have a pace 4010 box, and need urgent help, i am on the 3.3 firmware as box is ntl.

Have you checked thread for N3 switchover ?

Am in telewest area.

No am not in N3, as as eurovox works.

No- how do i check nagra dates,
but lot of people in same area has same box, but for some reason am having this problem.

Your f/w is 3.3
should be 3.7
try a force code update.

Sorry, how do i do a force code upfate, ive tryed updating by pressing buttons on box but the box is ntl and am telewest.

take it to its home area then, and then update, and it might work then. if a force update dont work in your area this is your only choice.

Is there no other way of updating the software without taking the box to an ntl area. As it is impossible for me.

Or can i update the software via a computer, or something like a complete reset. I have read about some red lead or summet which you can then update. I dont if that is relavent to me or not???
