HI i got Eurovox EX1000 SL

my system information is

model DDVB-XC BOXS TDA
S/W VER 1.0 ST4 OCT 28 2008
H/W VER 2.0TS
BOOTSTRAP V001
S/W BUILD Kuro

and i have got RS232 software update cable
i know how to update the box but i dont know where to get update files from is there any body can help plz

sky sports are working on my ex5000 , but others are at scrambled bit weird as if sky sports is working, then so should others lol.
