Hi folks
I have a tm 5400 and i'm recording to usb stick ok but i want to play back recordings on netbook/laptop. Now i have done this before by renaming the .ts file to something else and playing it in win dvd 7. But i no longer have win dvd 7 and can't remember what i renamed the files to either!
I am trying vlc player which is supposed to play almost everything, but it wont play these .ts files or after renaming them to mpeg etc. I have tried google but got lost in a wealth of information which doesn't apply to me.
Any suggestions welcome

Just found out and for future reference media player classic plays them fine.
