powerscan brought back everything on all my boxes

just done a p/scan and a hole lot of channels missing am only getting 33 ch on that tp am wondering should i do a deep scan am in belfast any1 help

im new with all this, having the same trouble of no signal with some channels, have 2 boxes in the house, both had no signal on some channels, on one, i cleared all data and tried to do a powerscan, but it found one thing which wasnt even a channel? the other i just left, at least it has some channels working.

so one box has nothing on it and cant get any channels through a scan...any ideas?

make sure you are scanning the correct symbol rate for your area eg 6887 for pure ntl

i deleted all my channels and resetted the box to factory settings, done the scan got all my channels but still have a few that say no signal and ideas?

i got the channels working on my 5100pvr but im having no joy with the 1100usb box anybody know what im doing wrong?
