Hi

I have a 4010 on 3.7, and keep getting on every movie channel please input pin, can i remove this so it does not ask me everytime.

Second problem is i have 2 4010, and 1 has the 3.7 update and the other one is on 3.3, why is the second one not updateing??

p.s i have checked and there are no mods done to the box

the pin boxes have been there for years since sky went over to show 18 cert movies in the day and as far as i remember been at lease 2 years and cant be removed. It has nothing to do with 3.7 and was there since just after telewest days when virgin took over

the other one maybe not updated as had the no update mod done, or infact is a box from a diff area and used in another area

ie

c&w / ntl box, used in a tw area, as diff platform needs to go back to that area and updated
