Just signed up to my first ever sky package, Tv internet and phone. Virgins prices just got higher and higher and in my opinion just wasnt worth it anymore.

Quick question does anyone use a wireless av sender with there sky+ boxes?? The missus wants to watch tv in bed at night LOL

You can link the sky box to another TV using the AV2 outlet on the back of the box (or as many TV's as you want if you add a distribution amp). You can also control the sky box from the new location using another remote and magic eye. All available on ebay for a fraction of the cost anywhere else.

I have not got a wireless sender myself, but I have set one up and seen one already setup. Both were temperamental.

Better off running a cable if you can, from the RF2 up to the bedroom as Madrat says.

You can get them that work on a different frequency to wifi, but the one I tested was still 'iffy' inside a property.

Or opt for the 5.8GHZ video sender,as that is free from wi-fi,microwave intereference.
