Have tried manual scan but cannot get certain channels back

We haven't received cards yet in this area and I've still got 90% of my channels. I have a Starview 1. Last night, I lost channels such as ITV1, MTV1, Living 1 and Sky Sports 2. When I Manual Scanned , I got "O channels". Usually when doing that, I get the channels back, even if itr means having to locate them at the end of the full list.

My mate had a starview 3 and yesterday he lost channels ( came up no signal ) , did a re scan and found zero channels . What had happened was that vm was installing a system for someone in his street and had turned off all the old customers feeds while in the box , he is now goosed but i have a starview 3 to sell on


He has had 2 years and at £60 he has had his money's worth and more .

Do a factory reset and full auto scan and you will get them back
