I did

I ordered the ten pins and the lead...Just to make sure.

So once I solder this on, and connect it up...Should the instructions be there with how to get it to work on this telepest connection, or is it pretty standard.

yes mate its all on the cd step by step video software ect ..... just take your time it just looks alot to take in but if you read and watch everything it becomes straight forward IF YOUR NOT SURE ASK........plus you will become a member of tnciso site they will send info with your cable which will give you access to firmware/software that really unlocks your modem giving you alot more advanced controls but i guess thats for later you dont want run before you can walk lol

You have me very curious now as to what more my modem can do?

What do you mean by unlocking to give more advanced controls?

What else can i do with it other than receive the net

well i wouldnt do it myself but if you wanted you could listening to everyone on the cable network who are close by using packet sniffing software like EtherBoss MSN Monitor & Sniffer...ect

didnt know you could do as much with it...

Waiting for this package to arrive now, if i get stuck could you go through it with me on msn maybe? I'm computer confident, but takes me a while to get used to new things...

it would be better for you to ask any questions about problems you might have on hear then the answer is there for others who might have the same problems plus you may have a problem i cannot answer and others maybe can
