My remote has stopped working, tried the batteries but still wont work. can you change the channel on the box itself. I can move through the channels & favs but can not select one. Its a eurovox max

no you need the remote.... open the remote see what is wrong with it..

Check the remote with a digital camera, see if you can see a white flashing light coming from it.

If not, first thing to check is corroded bat terminals.
