People are going to come to this forum having not used it before or not used it for a long time. They probably haven't got a clue what's going on and probably know next to nothing about the technical elements involved.

Either ignore them (if they're annoying you) or point them in the direction of a sticky that explains everything (if there isn't one, set one up).
