have you made sure your ird is correct. all files are held in gmail, check posts.
Your Ird should be entered in backwards i.e if your last two digits are 21 then your ird will start with 21 and not 12. This is where some people go wrong. Alos i think there is a slight bug with the swapbinhex dos program. it changed my Ird to the one I had entered. your external eprom should be a bin file, I couldn't flash the hex for this as it was too big for my card. Make sure your bk is correct, check connections, leave it 5-ten minutes and it should come on. I have heard it taking longer. Also check your enginners screen on your box this will tell you if you have managed to pair the card and the box. It has an error log screen. If still all fails, then maybe your switched off at the local box.
