hi guys this is my first post and hoping someone can help

the problem is when switching on holding the down button it goes ld00 ld03 then ld14 and skips ld40 through a series of pl15 pl30 etc then repeats again and again. it has no card but i will be making a mosc if i can jtag. i cant access eng menu so i cant even get the ird and theres no stickers left on the back. i am in a pure ntl area so my understanding is net id should set itself cant anyone please help

What software is the box on? If it's 3.6 or 3.7, just boot the box and JTag on feed.

thanx for the quick reply its the ntl version so i guess 3.7 i think it may be stuck in the middle of an update or somin

NTL? It won't be 3.7, check in the EM.

i can access em anymore but i could b4 i wanted to reset the pin before jtagging doing standby < > ok method now its messed up. i now fear it wont load up even if i do get it jtagged

Ignore any button combinations, just connect the JTag and use SDT 3.5 to JTag mate, you will find the latest bytes around the forum. Also make sure that MAC_MOT.sys is installed and running.

i'd try to update it before jtagging. unless you know what version of soft is on it, you wont know what bytes to use

He said he reset it using the buttons? Unless you are in Pure mogs1981, in which case, the Net ID will set itself again and the box will update.
