Hi the two channels S*ky Sports News and Hallmark have now gone in Birmingham. Can anyone tell me how to recieve these two channels. I have a Eurovox EX1000Sl. I have gone into the User Installation and I have updated the channels but still no luck. I then Deep Scanned but still no luck.

Hi have you had your new vm card yet if not try this i had to do this go into menu clear all data you will lose all your stored channels and then do a full deep scan should bring them back. Before this have you looked at the end of your list of channels search though one by one new ones appear at the bottom. Hi here'sa freq for both channels Freq 195.00 both are working here live in your neck of the woods input them manual then up date channels as you did before .

still got hallmark comes up bad signal but comes on did have sky sp news on five audio but deep scaned my box and lost it. dont panic just yet
