Default Max V problem

My Max V is misbehavin.
I just completed a scan and I was deleting unwanted channels when it suddenly went off! The message "Channel not currently available" is on screen.
I have flashed the box twice (successfully according to the message on screen) but it still wont budge from the 0000.

Any one any suggestions? The sub box is receiving the signal??

I had a similar problem yesterday where I did a scan and couldn't move from a channel but the the menu button did work. I just deleted the channel and everything was fine.
