Had a sub box installed by V1rgin this week, cos the N3 cards were being received in Teesside, the engineer was on about them and said that the boxes would all be dead in the area by the end of June and thats cos V1rgin have an agreement with sly for more HD channel but they wont give em till all the unsubbed boxes were gone.

Not going to take end of june as gospel but makes sense that sly want it all legit before giving em more channels.

Hartlepool has just gone off today. I scanned all the symbol rates but no luck. My mates did get the new card from VM and he asked me if it is OK to put that in. I told him to go ahead and do it and the Eurovox was still working. Lets see what he has to say tomorrow morning. It has been a week since he put the new card in the VM box.

My card arrived yesterday and is in use. You might as well put it in as it may not work! I have heard of problems with the new cards.
