hi i had 230 channels now i only have 120 channels tried all the power and full scans also tried clear all the channels and trying other areas i am on the birmingham one at the minute any better ones than birmingham or any info for people with these problems
how do you get firmware or hardware updates please send a link and information to do thiplus updating codes seems to be coming up on a lot of peoples eurvox any solutions |

if you can only pick up 120 channels then you have a signal problem ,check your connections remove any splitters and do a direct power scan ,selecting areas only changes between providors ,a power scan defaults to tw if you want ntl then you change the symbol rate to ntl and scan ,instructions should be in downloads

If you read then you will find out everyone had a problem as virgin have been updating the codes. If you actually read the stickys it tells you how to sort it, instead of posting in every single thread asking things that have already been resolved
