eurovox 7000 hd+ lost all channels help plz

HI,
I accidentally deleted espn hd so i did a re scan n fink i did sumat wrong, it scans as normal, shows all channels availiable but wont save any apart from the adult channel n an asian channel, i restored factory settings so guess i need some new firmware, i dont no what to do at all, ive read other threads but cant find the private fta section or what ever it is called, can somebody plz help as i dont speak hindu and need all my channels back, im really stuk so could do with some help plz or a point in the right direction.

can any1 help me get latestest firmware for my box plz, i seem like im the only person 2 thick to do it, i cant find the lateest firmware, tryed bigmaq toolbar n couldnt work it out, plz can somebody help, i no im a noob could do with some help plz.

I dont no m8, i no nothing about these, i bought it about 4 months ago at a computer fair n the man plugged it into his laptop, charged me extra n told me how to plug in, scan n its always worked perfectly until i tryed re scanning channels, now even the asian 1s i did have are scrambled, i restored factory settings m8, n it picks up the channels when i scan but doesnt save them, just says on lcd screen fav 00 or sumat, i wana watch the footie haha n im crap on computers m8.

can the kind person who sent the link for the software i need resend it plz, i used it once but it didnt go onto usb properly, now the link does not work??? dunno y, stil no cahannels, arrggghhhhh lol. Many thanks.
