Hi guys,

I have Sky on my Dreambox S500, had it for about 2 months and its been fine.

Now all the channels are freezing every 5 seconds or so, then continuing, then freezing etc...

Have they changed the frequency or something?

Anything I can try?

Does it freeze on all channels? i.e does it freeze on FTA channels?

Are you using a Sky card in the box?

or sharing?

The only solution I know to that, is pay for a subscription yourself, but I expect there's others, but not something I know, I care to know how to fix.

Sharing I believe as there's no sky card in the box, a shop fitted it. Would it be worthwhile re-adding the satellite etc you reckon?

It's more than likley an issue at there end, thats the issue with servers they over subscribe them and you get glitching. It could also be a slow connection at your end. Joys of sharing I guess.

thats why too many people coming of the card share, thats what you get from greedy people
