Just bought above new Starview 5 but I can't installit. Most of the problem is probably that I am thick. But if anyone can give me a "Dummies" way of installing I'd be most greartful. Thanks

Why are people still buying boxes weeks before N3 goes live in nearly every area?

I live in Northern Ireland and I had a Starview3 . It was no problem but this so-called improved model is better but maybe I'm doing something wrong. At least I know that I can't get on to a dropdown menu that shows EMU etc. so I'm thinking maybe this the Problem. Let me know how to get that dropdown menu at least. But thanks for your imput anyway, I appreciate it.

press menu then 1570 you will need to flash the box to see the hidden menu
the latest firmware for that box is the v2.05
google is your friend for firmware

Lost all premium channels on starview 5 have done factory reset am using software 1.07 any help gratefully received

wrong firmware for sv5, 1.07 was for sv4. but thats now 1.12....
