Default Starview missing stations

can anyone help ive got a starview box i have no problem with udating the software but i do have a chunk of chanels missing all in a block ie the movie chanels 1,2,3,4
does any one know why this could be

hi mate

could you plz tell me how to few attachments on here as i am newbi and trying to update my telewest card.

i cant seem to find where the attachmts are which are left by members.

i would be really greatfull
