Default euro seems to have frozen!!

hi, my eurovox max (blue) was switched off to move when switched back on it had frozen to itv 1, the channel we had ben watching when switched off, remote will not turn or move channels etc( tried 2 remotes) , i then downloaded the firmware i am using on my upstairs 1 onto it, but still the same! can anyone help direct me ,ie any hints tips etc? thank you
