i have a eurovox max but have no sound on nat geog channel , i have done a rescan but still same. any ideas thanks

i had the same problem with sky movies 1 got to audio settings and change the audio settings to any other language apart from english e.g arabic should do the trick. as my volume came back instantly as soon as i did that.

thanks its come back on its own , it may have been a problem at ntls end. thanks
