mine won't connect tho, says connecting then the error i posted above

is yours connecting ok ?

im with BT it is a bit risky having vm internet and running the boxes off there.

the only other thing it could be is i changed the box mac address some time ago, and the server don't recognize the mac ?

but there is no way to set it back to default
