Default Installing a Eurovox

Hi Guys,Had a bit of a problem insalling a Eurovox Max today. My mates on N*l and they have used his set top box as his modem using an ethernet cable. As theres no ethernet port on Euros, linked boxes together using the Euros loop out socket.Alas no way could I get his broadband on,saying no signal check connections etc.Looks like Im gonna have to split the cable and feed euro and set top box seperately.Any ideas welcome StevieG

I think the loop out is from the boxes orginal design as a sat receiver and don't think it has any use now

You'd think they would alter the handbook wouldnt you,it states that its for adding extra reciever etc, you'd think anything would need the signal, reciever or modem. After all nothing will work without the signal!Sorted now anyway. Thanks Alex.StevieG
