I recently lost all my channels I re-installed successfully but when organising the chanells into favourites and films etc the system froze on a scrambled channel (poss HD). It will not move, I cannot go back to menu or do any thing else. Any help out there

turn the mains off and on

Thanks I had tried the socket switch and it made no difference but I found the switch on the back of the box and that did the trick many thanks
