Can i just add that i live in nottingham but dont think we've been ng3'd yet as all was well an hour ago untill i tried to fix the sound.

Also on the scan page i think it is this is what it reads in the box
1 cable-143Mhs-64Qam-6887mbaud-search.

the start freq is 107MHz the stop freq is 874. underneath that it lists
symbol rate 6952
symbol rate 6887
symbol rate 6875
symbol rate 6111
Modulator 640AM
step 8MHz

common problem i had with someone else just about 4 weeks back

if you have splitters on the line then i would take them off and run a scan on a direct feed

Also when you erase the channels from the config menu I would do a factory default and then re scan.

while its scanning could you check your signal levels as well please as they will give some sorta idea of whats going on.

if this fails then i would try and amplify the signal if you have a booster.

if you dont have a signal booster then I suggest you take it to a friends / relatives house and test the box at there house as that will eliminate any Line problems.

kind regards
