Eurovox losing Channels - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

Hi looking for some help to get my channels back. I bought a Eurovox last year and its gradually losing channels. They are just showing up as scrambled. So I need advice how to unscramble them!

Any suggestions please.

Hi Have you tried deleting all your channels and doing a full powerscan?Sure that will sort it.StevieG

Help, Just tried that and now lost almost all of my channels. Cant cope without telly. please help me!

if you have deleted your channel data you need to do a power scan if your on ntl then you need to change the symbol rate first ,or easy way is to do a factory reset then you will get a list of areas some are ntl others are tw if you can't find your area then just pick anyone and scan
