Default VM Belfast - Transponder List with Channel Names

hi folks

- does anyone know where there is an up to date channel frequency and names list for Belfast i need the frequencies for E4 Film4 and ESPN - I want to scan manually but i cannot see an up to date channel frequency list and channel names for Belfast - channels have moved around frequencies in the past few months there is a sticky in the Eurovox section but it is out of date ( 2009 )
Is there any recent up to date list that gives me Channel Frequency / Channel name so i can scan manually ?
Since only a few channels have gone on me i dont want to rescan the whole box - I want a list that has Channel Names and the particular transponder they are on - I cannot see a list on this site anywhere that will give me this infornation - a list of transponders is not enough - i need to see a list of the channels per transponder - does such a list exist - ive searched and cannot see it - if i havent searched properly i deserve a slap yes - but i have tried to find such a list and I cannot - anyone help please ?

I have here'd people say if you scan on chorus, it brings in the channels but im not 100% sure, you have nothing to lose either way by trying it.

menu >>> config >>> clear data and rescan on your tp you have or

menu >>> config >>> factory default and pick your symbol rate which for chorus is 6875 .

thanks Clio1
but I am doing this for my buddy and he does not want to lose his favourites or anything like that - what i want is basically a list of channel names and beside each channel name on the list it gives the channel frequency / transponder - the 2 channels that he is missing so far are Film4 and ESPN so i only want to scan 1 maybe 2 transponders at most - does such a list exist - if it does i have been unable to find it on these forums - the format i want is in this link below - which is too out of date to be any use (but i appreciate a lot of effort was put into it at the time)

All Nthell Channels & Frequencies (ireland)
