just turned my eurovox max V on and all the channels have stopped working? was working last nite and checked to see if N3 has landed and staffs area isnt on the N3 list?? so bit confused ive never lost all channels before?

also just plugged the cable into my tv because use to get normal 1/5 channels with the virmin cable but thats stopped working aswell?

Maybe the list for you're area has just not been updated yet? if not then expect it soon, as for the box, do a factory reset and then a full scan, at least this should give you a few normal channels plus both premier films... jay

im in newcastle under lyme all fine here m8
staffordshire and stoke not even had cards sent out yet or nothing
think we after manchester wen get new cards

could be an area fault m8 is anyone in street who you know who has a sub box that can tell you if its online or not

Your cable may have been unplugged in the pit outside and used for another legit subscriber, do you pay for a sub?

..because Virgin Media have been removing the old analogue signal from the cable. This is what your TV used to be able to tune into.
