there has been a serious fault in my area, and after weeks of saying there wasn't a problem, virgin have now admited there is an issue and it will take up to a month to fix. and during that time we will have extremly slow, or no broadband at all.
does this give me the right to cancel my services? seeing as they cant deliver what i have signed up for? |

Or use it to negotiate a discount , i had a similar issue and managed to get £120 knocked off my annually bill
tell them you`ve replaced your router for a new one , and bill them that cost |
