Just because your reverse path is cut, doesn't mean the stb can't talk back.
Admittedly, not in the way that TB was designed, but still "talks back" in the form of "noise", so you CAN still be traced even with TB cut.

I'm in Edinburgh area and wondered if anyone can confirm that the channels which had appeared again for the last few weeks have now disappeared?
