Anyone have any information on the best way to unlock the Palm Pre?

ok so after some research and no where else to go I paid for the privilege through nextgenservers. i spent all afternoon attempting to get it to work and it kept failing. after trying numerous things I found through forums I finally upgraded the webos from 1.3.5 to 1.4.1.

so for anyone out there who comes across errors when attempting this unlock make sure you have the latest webos version running.
