recived my box today from virgin plugged it all in but stuck on ap:52 anyone else having this problem ?? is there away to force an update

hi m8 i trust its a self install then, have u put the card in and phoned vermin to activate it? also make sure the connections r ok from inside wall to box....

AP:52 means wrong or no Net ID set. VM should have set this before they sent it out, only then you can make the call to have the box activated.

I don't know, I always thought that the box would have to have at least the correct Net ID on so it could connect to the network.

the modem in it connects doesnt it? they hit the mac address i think

there sending a tecky round sat afternoon and they givin me 6 months free net for the inconvenince :P
