Default iceland volcano: the next eruption

anyone see this program last night on discovery? ...i watched and was fascinated by some of the stuff mentioned, and even surprised at the icelandic presidents warning that its neighbouring volcano, 'katla' which is 5 times bigger, WILL erupt in the coming months.!! but what wasnt mentioned, and hard to understand is, how come other volcanoes, ie, monserrat, etna, st helens, (all massive eruptions) did not disrupt air travel. they all spewed ash thousands of feet into the air but there was no ban on flights?

cause nowadays the world is health and safety mad because of insurance and folk suing for all sorts of bullsh1t. also the volcano in iceland made world news because of airline profit loss and stranded holidaymakers what about the poor icelandic folk they had 1 main road right around the island but with the glacial melt from the volcano that no 1 can say the name of is all broken up with no way around the island and the place looks like night time all the time all animals inside no 1 can go outside unless you have a mask on roofs collapsing with the weight of the ash but nobody gives a sh1t about that

At one point they said that Volcanic eruptions cause Climate Change, then later said that Climate change could cause more volcanic eruptions - it's the Chicken and Egg all over again

Anybody who digs a little deeper and isn't swayed by media hype will realise that so called ''climate change'' is a load of bullsh!t.

Smoke billows from an erupting volcano which seems to be close to the top of the Eyjafjalla glacier on April 14, 2010 near Reykjavik. All London flights, including those from Heathrow, will be suspended from noon (1100 GMT) today due to volcanic ash from Iceland that has already caused almost 300 cancellations here, officials said.smoke and steam are seen rising from the volcano under the Eyjafjalla glacier in Iceland, which erupted for the second time in less than a month, melting ice, shooting smoke and steam into the air and forcing hundreds of people to flee rising floodwaters.
