Hi can anyone help me, i have statview box i have just updated it and all the chanels are there, but the remote contol keeps on sticking, or not working at all, i have bought a new remote and it is still the same

please help

have you tried switching off/on at back of box or mains? this worked for me

tried everything even re-flash the box just seems it does not recognise the remote signal or it has frozen

Hi, Did you remember to turn the EMU back on after factory re set?
