hi guys never done this before does anyone have a unlock code for this model and does it work or do i need to use another methold any help would be great ta

Have a look on Google for Aerix if it's CID52. If it's CID53, you have to pay to get it unlocked or you can use SETool3.

You can ring your service provider I think but that's about as far as it goes. Don't go trying to get a code where somebody asks you for the phone's IMEI or the phone will most likely be barred.
