Done a rescan but thay dont come back

No idea what area you based in... but the fact is that if you are in an area which has just switched to NGTV then you will have your channels working. In otherwords if you 1800 stream is still alive then there is no reason why you wont be able to drypt your channels.

Unless you have been sent a new card from them then its a different story... you would then notice your sports and asian channels showing a black screen.

However if you dont pay for the minimum sub then you would need to either look at the list of which areas have been effected and which areas have already gone to 1841 stream... aka n3 and if you based in ireland then its 1802.

but if the channels are just missing from the list then it advice able that you scan on a direct feed without any splitters on your line and see if the missing channels do turn up.

if not then adding the freq numbers manually of the missing channel will do the job just fine.

peeps in belfast I believe are on NGTV and due to changes on the freq of channels they have suffered having multiple channels and not to mention they have also had missing channels as well.

Now I learned something new from a another forum where a good man (no names mentioned) who was giving someone next guy what to do regarding the issue he had.

he was told factory reset the box... then switch it off ... switch it back on and scan on a direct feed. and after that he was asked to switch on the EMU and not to Click on '' set default key'' and instead just exxit 3 times and go to a FTA channel and wait for 5 mins.

and Viola!!! he got all the channels back and everything was working perfectly fine.
